Everything you'd want to know before the introductory conversation and a few things people only think to ask after.

How long is the course?

The course takes place over four consecutive days, with each session lasting approximately 90 minutes.

Where is the course held?

Vedic Meditation is taught in person for optimal results. Locations vary and are shared upon booking or inquiry.

What happens after the course?

You'll receive ten weeks of dedicated support to help integrate your practice. You're also welcome to retake the course anytime, free of charge.

Is there ongoing community support?

Yes. You'll have access to weekly group meditations and knowledge meetings (free of charge), a WhatsApp group for ongoing connection, community events throughout the year, and optional paid mentoring sessions for deeper one-on-one guidance.

Do I need any experience to join?

None at all. This course is suitable for complete beginners and for those who've tried other meditation techniques with or without satisfying results.

What is a mantra, and why is it personal?

A mantra is a specific sound used silently during meditation. In Vedic Meditation, you receive a personalized mantra that matches your nervous system and life stage - helping you settle into meditation effortlessly.

Is this a religious practice?

Short answer: No. Nuanced answer: Anything can be, if you want it to be.

While we cannot deny that Vedic Meditation has a metaphysical background, it is actually designed as a technique for people with active and busy lifestyles, who want even more from life. More ease, more joy, more serendipity, more flow.
The approach is very methodological and simply natural. Meditating regularly is more like conducting consciousness research, by which we gather data about ourselves, by experiencing a variety of consciousness states.

What if I can't attend all four days?

Ideally, sessions are attended on consecutive days. If you have scheduling issues, get in touch directly - we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What if I can't afford the course fee?

Vedic Meditation is meant to be accessible to those who truly want to learn. If cost is a barrier, please don't hesitate to reach out - we can discuss flexible options, including payment plans or partial scholarships. Your commitment to the practice matters more than your current financial situation.
